研究6h昼温35℃和8h昼温35℃的亚高温处理对番茄光合作用及干物质积累和分配的影响,测定植株的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、植株干重,结果表明:8h35℃亚高温处理9d,番茄植株叶片中叶绿素含量减少,净光合速率下降,干物质总量降低;而6h 35℃亚高温处理9d,番茄植株叶片中叶绿素含量稍有下降,但净光合速率和干物质总量均增加;亚高温处理降低了番茄植株光合产物向根和茎中的分配.
Chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis(Pn), interceller CO2 concentration(Ci), stomatal conductance(Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), dry matter weightwere monitored at two treatmentes, 35 ℃ of 6 hours (6h) and 35 ℃ of 8 hours (8h) of tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). Results showed that the treatment of 9 days of 8 hours sub-high temperarure at daytime decreased the content of chlorophll, net photosynthesis and biomass. But the treatment of 9 days of 6 hours sub-high temperarure at daytime decreased content of chlorophll a little in the leaves, but the net photosynthesis and biomass increased.And sub-high temperature reduced the dry matter distribution to root and stem.
