研究漆酶体系作用下松柏醇葡萄糖苷对纸张湿强度的增强,分析了未漂浆卡伯值的变化,并利用扫描电镜观察了纤维的微细结构。结果表明:经松柏醇葡萄糖苷处理后的纸张湿强度大幅度提高,最多提高了2.037倍,但对纸张的干强度没有明显提高。纸张的后续高温干燥处理,能明显提高纸张的湿强度,湿强度从3.18N·m·g^-1提高到8.6N·m·g^-1。随着松柏醇葡萄糖苷量的增加,未漂浆的卡伯值也随着增加。此外,未漂浆经过松柏醇葡萄糖苷处理后,在纤维表面有突起物质和游离的大块状物质,在纤维交叉的地方有黏状物质。

英文摘要:

Enhancement of wet strength of paper prepared from unbleached KP treated with coniferin in existence of laccase system was investigated. Change of kappa number of unbleached KP was analyzed. And microstructue of fiber was also observed with SEM. It was found that the wet strength of paper was greatly increased after unbleached KP was treated with coniferin. The wet strength was mostly enhanced by 2.037 times compared to untreated papers. However, the dry strength of paper had not significant change. After hot treatment, the wet strength of paper was increased from 3.18 N·m·g^-1 to 8.6 N·m·g^-1 But the dry strength was not increased distinctly. The kappa number of unbleached KP increased when the dosage of coniferin increased. Besides, there were many protuberant substances and free massive substances on the surface of fibers as well as there were adhesive substances in a place where two or more fibers cross after unbleached KP was treated with coniferin.
