研究了漆酶催化阿魏酸改善纸张湿强度的方法及其机理。采用化学分析、红外光谱和CP/MAS^13C—NMR波谱分析相结合的方法,分析了漆酶催化阿魏酸使纤维进行接枝共聚和交联的机理。研究结果表明:阿魏酸在漆酶的作用下能够与未漂浆中的残余木素聚合,在纤维表面产生抗水性的化学键,从而增强纸张的湿强度,湿强度从2.15N·m/g提高到4.42N·m/g,提高了105.6%。但是纸张的干强度几乎没有提高。
The method and mechanism of enhancement of wet strength of paper treated with laccase and ferulic acid were investigated. The combination of chemical analysis, IR and CP/MAS ^13C -NMR analyses were used to analyze the mechanism of graft co-polymerization and crosslinking of fiber through ferulie acid catalyzed by laccase. It was found that ferulic acid was co-polymerized with lignin on the fiber surface so that water-resistant chemical bonding was formed to increase wet strength of paper. The wet strength of paper increased from 2.15 N · m/g to 4.42 N · m/g. The wet strength was enhanced by 105.6% compared to untreated papers. However, the dry strength of paper had not significant change.
