对杂色云芝茵高产漆酶条件及其对造纸废水脱色条件进行了研究。结果表明,杂色云芝菌产漆酶的最佳条件为:葡萄糖10.0g·L^-1,酒石酸铵1.00g·L^-1,pH6.0,转速180r·min^-1;脱色效果最佳的培养条件是:葡萄糖10.0g·L^-1,酒石酸铵1.00g·L^-1,pH6.0,温度28℃。漆酶在造纸废水脱色中起重要作用。随着培养基中碳源、氮源量的增加,菌体生物量逐渐增加,但体系中高碳氮比对造纸废水漆酶的脱色是不利的:菌体生物量与对造纸废水的脱色作用不呈正相关。
The optimum conditions for producing laccase and decoloring papermaking wastewater, by coriolus versicolor were studied. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were glucose 10.0 g·L^-1,ammonium tartrate 1.00 g·L^-1,pH 6.0, temperature 28℃. It was the same to the optimum culture of producting laccase by coriolus versicolor,and the decolorizaiton rate was positively correlative with the laccase activity. With the increasing concentration of carbon and nitrogen sources,there was a corresponding increase of the biomass. However, the decolorization rate was not related to the biomass of coriolus versicolor directly.
