对铝箔衬纸在生产中出现的成纸发脆易断纸,匀度不好,透胶,衬纸与铝膜复合不均匀,强度和平滑度低等问题进行了初步探讨。实验发现,生产铝箔衬纸时,当针叶木浆配比为40%时,成纸的匀度较好,横向定量差最小。当阴离子分散松香胶用量0.85%,矾土用量3.0%时,可有效解决成纸的发脆易断纸和透胶等问题,得到较好的施胶效果;当滑石粉用量25%时,可得到白度较高、强度较好的成纸。将干燥初期和中期的干燥温度分别控制在65~75℃和105~110℃之间,并控制纸张离开最后一个缸时,纸幅水分能控制在4%~5%,可有效地提高成纸平滑度。
In this paper,research work was carried out in order to solve these problems that could affect the quality of the aluminum foil backing paper. These problems included poor paper strength, formation and smoothness, bad-adhesive properties between aluninum foil and paper. This problem happens frequently in factory. It was found that when the content of softwood was 40% in raw material, good paper formation could be obtanined. Bad adhesive properties would be easily avoided if the content of anionic dispersed rosin and bauxite were controlled to be 0.85% and 3.0%, respectively. When 25% talcum powder was added, high brightness and strength paper would be obtained. It was effect to improve the smoothness of paper when water content of paper from the last dryer was 4%-5%, which could be realized according to the following heating curve:first stage of 65-75℃, middle stage of 105-110℃, last stage of room temperature.
