为了解决OODA指挥循环时间测度建模问题,构建了作战体系网络模型,提出了度量作战体系信息处理速度的作战体系网络信息交互速率指标,给出了基于网络模型的作战体系网络信息交互速率计算方法;通过对观察、判断、决策和行动各阶段时间区间分别建模,得到了体系对抗OODA指挥循环时间的数学模型,仿真实验验证了作战体系网络信息交互速率的有效性和OODA指挥循环时测模型的合理性.
In order to solve the mathematical model problem of OODA command circulation time measuring, operational system-of-systems (OSOS) network model is built. The information interaction rate of the OSOS network is proposed as an index to measure the information processing speed of the OSOS. The method to calculate the network information interaction rate of the OSOS is given based on network model. The mathematical model of OSOS combat OODA time is present by modeling the spent time of "observe" phase, "orient" phase, "decide" phase and "act" phase separately. Simulation experiment verifies the validity of OSOS network information processing rate and the rationality of OODA command circulation time measuring model.
