指挥信息系统建设取得了突出成就,同时面临极大挑战,尤其是来自智能化的挑战。如何理解智能化在未来战争中的地位意义,推进智能化关键技术研究,成为信息系统建设必须面对的问题。介绍了美国＂深绿＂计划目的,以该计划为例分析了当前指挥信息系统发展存在的智能化难题。最后,结合以AlphaGo为代表的智能技术,探讨了对指挥信息系统建设的启示及其智能化发展的方向。
英文摘要：
The command information systems have made outstanding achievements,but face huge challenges,especially from intelligence.How to comprehend the significance of intelligence in the future wars and promote the research of key intelligence technologies related,it can become the problems in command information system construction.The purpose of American″Deep Green″Plan is presented.The intelligent problems encountered in the development of the command information systems are analyzed with the example of the″Deep Green″Plan.Finally,in consideration of AlphaGo as a representative intelligence technology,the revelations to command information system construction and the trend of its intelligent development are discussed.
