目的描述江阴市2015年职业病报告情况,分析病例增长原因,为探索职业危害干预方法提供依据。方法调查中国疾病预防控制系统2015年江阴市职业病报告网络直报职业病病例,对其进行描述性分析。结果全市全年共报告职业病病例111例,较2014年环比增加40.5%,职业病病种涉及5大类5种。其中矽肺89例,占病例总数的94.2%,全部发生于已关闭采矿企业所遗留的退休人员中。发病例数增长的最主要原因:首先是解决已关闭十余年采矿企业的历史遗留问题,其次是职业健康监护覆盖率增长,再次是用人单位和劳动者法律意识增强。结论目前尘肺病虽是江阴市诊断最多的职业病,但预防化学灼伤是职业病防控的重点;应进一步加强相关企业的职业健康安全管理,有效预防职业病的发生。

英文摘要:

Objective To describe the reported cases of occupational disease in Jiangyin in 2015, to analyze the reasons of cases growth and provide effective interventions in the occupational disease inductive factors. Methods The investigation was based on the data of occupational disease in Jiangyin city from China information system for disease prevention and control in 2015 year. We analyzed the data by descriptive research. Results A total of 111 cases of occupational disease were reported in Jiangyin city, the number of cases date increased by 40.5% compared with the number in 2014. 5 kinds of 5 categories occupational disease were involved. 89 cases were silicosis (94.2%), all of them worked exposed dust in mining enterprise which had been shut down. The main reasons for increase cases were as follows this procedure: First, untreated problems which mining enterprises closed down more than ten years ago were solved ; Next, Occupational Health Surveillance had expanded coverage; Last, both employers and employees had enhanced legal awareness. Conclusion Silicosis are the most cases of occupational disease in Jiangyin city. It is the key point to prevent the happening of occupational chemical bums. It is necessary to strengthen the administration on occupational health and safety in enterprises, and efficiently prevent and control the occurrence of occupational disease.
