英文摘要：

Xiamen is one of the important Chinese coastal ports. In the context of free competition,Xiamen faces new opportunities and challenges. In order to promote the development of Xiamen,the competitiveness of Xiamen Port against major Chinese ports is analyzed by using the principal component analysis with SPSS statistical software model and the measures to strengthen the competitive power of Xiamen Port is proposed,which include： developing the port infrastructure and the management ability; improving the city development level; increasing the channel depth and developing the economic hinterland of the port.
