采用熔盐作为传热蓄热工质,对螺旋槽管和横纹管内传热特性进行实验研究和比较分析。螺旋槽管和横纹管相比光管均可以有效提高管内传热系数,且槽深增加有利于强化传热。高黏度熔盐传热时,螺旋槽管管内Nu数大于横纹管,螺旋槽管与横纹管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢下降趋势。低黏度熔盐传热时,螺旋槽管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢下降趋势,而横纹管对熔盐传热强化倍数随着Re数增加呈缓慢上升趋势。螺旋槽管和横纹管对低黏度熔盐传热强化效果好于高黏度熔盐,但横纹管更适合于低黏度高Re数熔盐的强化传热。
Enhanced heat transfer performances of molten salt in spirally corrugated tube and transversely corrugated tube are experimentally investigated and analyzed.Comparing with smooth tube,the spirally corrugated tube and transversely corrugated tube can remarkably enhance heat transfer,and the groove height increment can obviously benefit heat transfer.For molten salt with high viscosity,Nusselt number of spirally corrugated tube is higher than that of transversely corrugated tube,and the enhanced heat transfer ratio decreases with Reynolds number.For molten salt with low viscosity,the enhanced heat transfer ratio in spirally corrugated tube decreases with Reynolds number,while the ratio in transversely corrugated tube slowly rises.In general,the heat transfer enhancement for molten salt with low viscosity in spirally corrugated tube and transversely corrugated tube is better than that for molten salt with high viscosity.
