本文主要研究制备方法对改变二氧化铅(PbO_2)纳米涂层的太阳光谱吸收选择性的影响。通过恒电流沉积法制备PbO_2纳米涂层,并通过改变制备条件以得出最佳光谱吸收选择性,并对该吸收涂层进行了紫外-可见光谱(Uv-vis),傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对涂层性能和结构进行分析。测试结果显示,在沉积电流在5 mA.cm,沉积时间500s的情况下得到吸收率(α)达到0.9和热发射率(ε)达到0.09的太阳能选择性吸收涂层。涂层的吸收率会随着沉积电流的增加和沉积时间的增加而出现有规律性的变化,是由于电沉积过程中气体的溢出对涂层表面形貌产生了影响,从而导致涂层的光谱性能产生差异。
The preparation of the lead dioxide(PbO_2) nano-coatings and the effect of preparation conditions on the PbO_2 coatings performance had been discussed.PbO_2 coatings were prepared by means an electro-deposition method,which considering of different deposition time and different deposition currents,on stainless steel substrates.The relation between preparation conditions and characterization of the selective coatings,were determined by Uv-vis spectrophotometer,FTIR spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results had showed that the optimal preparation conditions was of which deposition current was 5 mA·cm~(-2) and deposition time was 500 s,of which having the absorptivity(α) reached 0.9 and emissivity(ε) reached 0.09.The investigations had revealed the forming of the gas in the subtract affected morphology of the coatings,making differences of optical performance to the PbO_2 coating.
