基于非传统旅游资源的基本概念,梳理了陕西省境内的非传统旅游资源单体,并依据各资源的特有属性将其分为社会经济、文化产业、生活休闲三大类;采用问卷调查法对各类旅游资源的认知度及其开发潜力进行了评估,通过变异系数表征其离散（波动）程度,并用SPSS的聚类分析功能对陕西非传统旅游资源进行等级聚类。最后提出了陕西省非传统旅游资源的总体开发方向,并针对不同种类资源潜力的差异性制定了分类开发策略。

This article not only expounds the basic concept of nontraditional tourism resources, but also combs the alternative tourism resources monomer in Shaanxi province,and then classifies the re- sources on basis of the special properties： the social ＆ economic classes, the cultural industry and the leisure life. At the same time, this paper summarizes the development of the tourist resources concisely. The method of questionnaire survey is used to evaluate the development potential, and SPSS clustering analysis method is used to evaluate result. The corresponding development strategies are put forward based on the types of resources.
