以街道办事处为研究单元(以下简称街道),选取西安市主城区53个街道作为研究区域,利用Erdas imagine空间分类和建模方法、Arcgis区域分析方法、SPSS因子分析和聚类分析法等对2013年西安市主城区客观生活质量进行评价,并探究其空间格局。结果表明:1在生态环境因素主导下,外围客观生活质量高于接近内城的区域,南北区域高于东西区域,并在总体布局中出现"飞地";2在社会经济因素主导下,客观生活质量以内城为中心向四周辐射,形成放射状格局,同时在曲江等街道出现"异值区";3总体客观生活质量以内城及其南部区域较高,高值区呈现集中连片分布,低值区呈现"马鞍形"分布格局。
The connotation of objective life was concentrated on the objective situation of ecological and socio-economic environment. Recently, more and more people paid more attention to subjective feeling in economically developed countries than those in developing countries. In this paper, we combined the ecological environment with socio-economic indicators as a comprehensive evaluation index. Ecological environment index contained building rate, NDVI, surface temperature, treatment rate of waste gas, treatment rate of solid waste, treatment rate of waste water. Socio-economic mainly included GDP per capita, number of doctors per ten thousand people, educational level, unemployment rate, road area per capita, housing area per capita,poverty rate, and leisure time per capita and so on. This paper evaluated the objective quality of life of Xi'an downtown areas in 2013 by ERDAS imagine space remote sensing image classification and spatial modeling methods, Arcgis regional analysis method and spatial visualization, SPSS factor analysis and clustering methodology. The results showed that: 1) Dominated by the ecological environment, the objective quality of life of the peripheral area was higher than the areas close to the inner city, and the southern and northern regions was higher than the eastern and western regions. 2) On based of socio-economic indicators, the objective quality of life spatial pattern radiated the around within the city center. 3) Overall, the objective quality of life of inner city and the southern areas was greater than any other regions, and the high value zones showed the distribution of contiguous focus, while the low area was located in eastern and western of main city which showed "saddle" distribution pattern.
