以漆酚基乳化剂(UE)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为混合乳化剂,制备稳定的水包油(O/W)型生漆乳液(RLE),研究UE的结构对RLE的稳定性、粒子形态及其流变性的影响.实验结果表明,由UE8D/PVA及UE10B/PVA混合乳化剂制备的RLE存稳定性好,RLE在常温下可贮存90d以上不分层;除了UESA外,用不同UE制备的RLE粒子均为球形,其直径小于400nm;RLE都有剪切变稀的特性,表现出假塑性流体的行为;随着UE分子中聚氧乙烯链的增长,RLE的粘度增大,RLE粒子间所形成的某种静态空间网状结构强度增强.
The oil/water (O/W) type raw lacquer emulsion (RLE) was prepared using urushiol-based emulsifier (UE)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) mixture as the emulsifier. The effect of UE structure on RLF stability, diameter of RLE particles and rheology of RI.E were investigated. The results shows that RLE prepared using emulsifier of UE8D/PVA and UE10B/PVA shows higher stability for storage, and it can be stored at ambient temperature for more than 3 months without creaming. The RLE particle is of sphere with a diameter less than 400 nm. RLE was belonged to pseudoplastic fluids and shear-thinning character was observed. The viscosity of RLE increased with increasing of the chain length of oxyethyl groups in UE molecules. Networklike structure between RI.E particles goes stronger with increasing of chain length of oxyethyl groups in UE molecules.
