Urushiol-based epoxy acrylate (UEA) was and acrylic acid(A). The structure was characterized prepared from urushiol ( U), epichlorohydrin by IR. The appropriate reaction conditions at 80 ℃ for 3 h were as follows: urushiol-based epoxy resin (UE) was 50 retool, n (epoxy group in UE) : n(A) = 1.00 : 0.75, w(Et3N) was 2% of reactants mass, the conversion rate of A was over 94%. The rate of reaction between UE and A obeyed first order with 52.7 kJ·mol^-1 of apparent activation energy and 1. 719×10^4 s^-1 of frequency factor.
