采用共混改性法制备了漆酚/氟硅树脂复合材料,对复合材料膜的疏水性能、耐老化性能、耐腐蚀性能以及常规物理机械性能进行测试,并用FT—IR及DSC对膜进行分析表征.结果表明,改性后漆膜的疏水性能和耐老化性能有了很大的提高,并保持了生漆本身耐强酸、强碱的性能;氟硅树脂与漆酚发生了化学反应,复合材料只出现一个玻璃化转变温度,与聚合后漆酚相比,玻璃化温度升高了.
Urushiol/fluoro-siloxane resin composite films were obtained by blend modification. The structure and properties of the blend films were measured by FT-IR, DSC etc. The primary results showed that urushiol had reacted with fluoro-siloxane resin. The only tg of the films was higher than that of urushiol polymers, and the films possessed high hydrophobicity, excellent aging-resistant, alkali-resistant and acid-resistant.
