为分析CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道宽接缝开裂对轨道受力性能的影响,以桥上Ⅱ型板式轨道为例建立计算模型。应用有限元法,计算分析在不同荷载作用下宽接缝的开裂对Ⅱ型板式轨道受力性能的影响。研究结果表明,整体降温条件下开裂对轨道结构的受力影响最大,正温度梯度增加了轨道板的最大翘曲位移;宽接缝开裂深度对轨道受力影响最为明显。当开裂深度达到200mm时,底座板所受拉应力达到3.05MPa;提出了Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道宽接缝开裂的修补标准建议值。
In order to analyze the influence of the cracking at wide juncture of CRTS H prefabricated slab track on slab track, the numerical model is setup. Through finite element method, different loads influence on slab track is calculated and analyzed. The result shows that the overall cooling has the largest influence on track structure stress and the positive temperature gradient increases the maximum warping displacement of track slab ; the effect of the depth of cracking at wide juncture on track stress is the most obvious, and the tensile stress of bed slab will reach 3.05 MPa and the crack depth is 200 mm ; the suggested value of maintenance standard for wide juncture cracking of CRTS Ⅱ prefabricated slab track has been provided.
