目的研究血清类黏蛋白1样蛋白3(ORMDL3)和E26转录因子1(Ets-1)基因在反复喘息患儿外周血中的表达以及两者的相关性。方法采用RT-PCR法检测非过敏性正常对照婴幼儿(A组,24例)和反复喘息患儿(B组,25例)外周血中ORMDL3和Ets-1mRNA表达水平。结果B组外周血0RMDL3和Ets-1mRNA表达水平高于A组(P〈O.05);ORMDL3与Ets-1基因表达水平呈正相关(r=O.7704,P〈O.05)。结论0RMDL3和Ets-1基因的表达水平与患儿的反复喘息密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expressions and relationship of orosomucoid l-like protein 3(ORMDL3) and E26 transformation specific-1 (Ets-1) in peripheral blood of children with recurrent wheeze. Methods The mRNA expressions of ORMDL3 and Ets-1 in the peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR in 24 cases of non-allergic controls(group A) and 25 cases of recurrent wheeze(group B). Results The rnRNA expressions of ORMDL3 and Ets-1 in group B were higher than those in group A (P〈0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the expressions of ORMDL3 and Ets-1 in both groups (r=0. 7704, P〈0. 05). Conclusion The gene expressions of ORMDL3 and Ets-1 are closely correlated with the pathogenesis of recurrent wheeze in children.
