This paper compares knowledge division with labor division firstly. Then the mechanism of knowledge modeling, modular decomposition and knowledge crowdsourcing is analyzed. Finally, this paper constructs a knowledge division platform composed of innovation community, intelligent division system and cloud platform based on the core technology of Web2. 0, and its operating mode and mechanism are studied.
