英文摘要：

Under the perspective of the evolution,knowledge network＇effect on the upgrading of latecomer firms＇ technology chain have been researched. Further,based on the analysis of every stage of the evolution of knowledge network,the conceptual model of the upgrading of latecomer firms＇ technology chain has been constructed,and the process of upgrading of latecomer firms＇ technology chain has been analyzed. Result shows that evolution of knowledge network promotes the upgrading of latecomer firms＇ technology chain through the mechanism of knowledge acquisition,knowledge selection,knowledge sharing and knowledge integration. Based on theoretical research,the suggestions which can promote the evolution of knowledge network and the upgrading of latecomer firms＇ technology chain have been put forward.
