目的建立高效液相色谱法测定香兰素衍生物片中香兰素衍生物的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.002%醋酸(40:60),检测波长为306 nm。结果香兰素衍生物浓度在0.02~0.14 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6(n=7),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.49%(n=9)。结论本方法分离度好,结果准确,重现性好,可作为香兰素衍生物片中香兰素衍生物的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish the method of HPLC for determination of the contents of Vanillin derivation in tablets.Methods The HPLC method was developed on an Agilent Zorbax C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column and quantified by its absorbance at 306 nm;the mobile phase was methanol-0.002% acetic acid(V∶V=40∶60).Results Linear calibration curve obtained with the peak-area of Vanillin derivation versus concentration were found to be linear between 0.02 and 0.14 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6(n = 7);the average recovery was 99.0%(RSD = 0.49%,n = 9).Conclusion The results suggests that the method is suitable,validated,simple and highly sensitive which can be for the determination of the contents of Vanillin derivation in tablets.
