在新形势下,高耗能企业要不断提高科技创新水平,实现科技创新与节能减排的协调发展。为对二者之间的相关关系和协调度作出客观评价,建立高耗能企业科技创新与节能减排系统协调发展评价模型和评价指标体系。基于宝钢2005—2014年可持续发展报告,实证分析宝钢科技创新与节能减排协调度发展变化状况。结果表明,宝钢的科技创新系统和节能减排系统的协调发展度不断提高,呈现出由不协调到协调、后期互相促进的局面。
Under new situation,high energy-consumption enterprises need to continuously improve the level of enterprise's technological innovation to realize the coordinated development between technological innovation and energy saving and emissions reduction( TIESER). In order to make an objective evaluation on the relationship and coordination degree of TIESER,the evaluation model and evaluation index system about the coordination development of high energy-consumption enterprises are established,and the weight of each index is determined by the entropy method. Based on the sustainable development report of Baosteel from the year 2005 to 2014,this paper empirically analyzes the changes of the coordinated development of TIESER in Baosteel. The results show that,during the period studied,the coordinated development degree of TIESER is improving continuously,and it presents the situation from discordant to the coordinate and promotes each other in the late phase.
