教师能力一直是教育领域中的一个重要研究课题,是影响学校教育质量以及学生学业成绩的最重要因素。随着我国教育信息化的深入变革,教师能力朝着信息化、数字化的方向发展是大势所趋。该文在比较国内外有关教师能力标准研究的基础上,依据美国教师能力标准及其能力开发模型,构建了适合中国教育信息化发展特色的教师数字化能力标准模型。该模型包含七个一级指标,若干二级指标,并对模型指标和评价准则进行了详细说明,以期为教师培训、教师专业发展提供可借鉴的思路。

The teacher is the most important factors that influence education quality of school and students＇ academic records. By comparing the relevant studies of teacher ability standards at home and abroad, teachers＇ digital ability standard model with Chinese characteristics of digital educational has been built based on the ability development model of IBSTPI. The model contains seven first-level indicators and a number of secondary indexes. The detailed description of the model has been carried for providing referential ideas for teacher training and teacher professional development.
