This paper analyses the present research situation of cross-platform responsive layout, and puts forward a new cross-platform responsive layout mode based on the existing problems, namely Flexbox （flexible box model） ＋ Media Queries （media queries） technology, and for the first time tries to draw out a more reasonable client resolution adaptive table. Finally, the development process of responsive layout pattern is elaborated and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified though the ＂migrant workers skills training and integrated service platform＂.
