教师混合式培训中主题研修活动设计模型研究

2013年10月,教育部印发《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的意见》,正式启动能力提升工程。能力提升工程推行网络研修与现场实践相结合的混合式培训新模式,重点推行网络研修与校本研修整合培训。由于混合培训新模式刚刚实施,培训中的主题研修活动设计研究还处于起步阶段,有待深入研究和规范。该文基于活动理论、混合学习理论构建的教师混合式培训主题研修活动设计模型,纵向结构上以教师研修主题为活动序列,通过活动调用网络和校本基本研修活动,形成多层次的教师混合培训主题研修活动序列;横向结构上按构成主题研修活动的成分,分为核心要素和支持性要素,这些方法性要素之间形成层级关系,从而增加了主题研修活动设计的系统性和规范性。

英文摘要:

In October 2013, the Ministry of Education issued "the implementation of the national project to enhance teacher's ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools ". New hybrid training mode is to enhance the ability of the network training and field practice of implementing combination of engineering, focusing on the implementation of the network training and school-based research integrated training. As the implementation of the new hybrid training mode is at its initial stage, the research subject and activities in the design of training are still new, awaiting further research and specification. The subject training activities design model in teachers' hybrid training is based on Activity Theory and Blended Learning Theory, and it is sequenced at the longitudinal structure with teacher training theme activity. Through the basic activities of the network and school-based research activities, teacher training research theme mixed multi-level activity sequence is formed; the transverse structure of subject research activities according to the constituent components, is divided into core factors and support factors, forming a hierarchical relationship between elements of these methods, thus increasing the subject system and standard of training activity design.
