拉深工序是汽车覆盖件成形的关键工序,拉深工序件的设计是覆盖件模具设计的一个瓶颈环节.为了解决覆盖件冲压工艺设计过程中经验和知识缺乏的问题,研究了知识工程技术(KBE)的实现机理和应用方法,通过总结覆盖件拉深工序件设计的知识和经验,建立了基于KBE的拉深工序件知识模型.通过将设计准则、经验和工艺约束等知识融入拉深件设计的各个组成要素中,实现了拉深工序件设计过程中知识的表达和知识的推理.在上述研究的基础上,以UG软件为平台,开发了基于知识的覆盖件拉深模具型面设计系统.KBE技术在拉深件设计的成功应用,提高了拉深件设计的自动化和智能化程度.
The drawing process is a key process of stamping forming for autobody panels, and the design of drawn parts is a bottleneck procedure to die design of panels. In order to solve the problem that lack of experience and knowledge in designing the stamping process of panels, the implementation mechanism and application method of Knowledgebased Engineering (KBE) technology is researched, and the knowledge model of drawn part based on KBE is established by summarizing expert's experience and knowledge for drawn part design. Through integrating the design rules, experience and process constraints with design of binder, addendum and drawbead, knowledge representation and reasoning of drawing part design is realized. Based on above research, the KBE-based die face engineering system is developed on the platform of Unigraphics. The successful application of KBE improves the intelligent level of drawn part design.
