通过总结汽车覆盖件冲压工艺设计知识,吸取本领域专家的经验,分析了对冲压工艺方案的制定有影响的多种因素,提出了覆盖件冲压工艺方案评价指标的相对定量计算方法,建立了冲压工艺方案综合决策评价数学模型,在此基础上,实现了工艺方案总体评价量化模型。应用实例表明,该模型可以解决汽车覆盖件自适应工艺方棠设计的优化问题。
The paper analyzes several factors affecting the determination of stamping process plans by summarizing their knowledge for automibiles' panels and drawing on the experience of the experts in the field. The quantitative calculation method by using evaluation targets for the process plant is put forward, and a model for evaluating their synthesized decision-making is established, on the basis of which their total quantitative evaluation model is realized. Instances show the model can be applied to the optimal design of self-adapted process plans for automobiles' panels.
