Using metal powder/polymer system and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) , experiments were performed on the pulsatile pressure induced injection molding machine. The results showed that with the introduction of vibration forces, the metal powder parts became more compact and the density of products became higher. The LDPE injection molded parts ' extension strength became higher. The melt peak became wider and the melt point moved to higher points with the increasing of piston rod vibration amplitude/frequency.
