为更好解决商品包装使用中的撕裂问题,研究了在不同加栽速率下,复合软包装材料(BO-PET/AL/LDPE)的4种割口深度和5种割口角度的撕裂强度。研究结果表明:割口角度一定时,割口深度小的试样的撕裂强度反而大;当割口角度在45°≤α≤90°之间时,随着割口角度的增加,撕裂强度呈上升趋势;加载速率较低时,其撕裂强度较小;加载速率对撕裂强度有显著影响,而割口角度对撕裂强度的影响不显著。
The influence of loading rate on tear properties of multi - layer packaging material ( BOPET/AL/LDPE) with four cut depths and five cut angles was studied. The results showed that when the cut angle is constant, the less cut depth the bigger the tear strength of the samples is; when the loading rate is less, the tear strength is less. When cut angle is between 45°and 90°, tearing strength increase with the cutting angle increase. Loading rate has significant effects on tearing strength. CuRing depth does not have significant effects on tearing strength.
