纸质蜂窝材料作为包装材料,正被广泛的应用着。现利用木质单板和纸质蜂窝材料复合,该复合材料不但保留了原蜂窝材料的优点,而且还大大提高了力学强度。本文就纸木复合蜂窝夹心材料的力学性质进行了研究,并和原蜂窝纸板进行了比较;同时还研究了环境湿度对纸木复合蜂窝材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:木质单板与纸芯及纸板复合后。除平压强度略有所降低外,其余力学强度较原纸板大大增强;环境湿度对纸板及复合材料的力学性能影响较大,且随着环境湿度的加大,复合材料及纸板的强度有所下降;考虑材料和环境湿度的综合作用,对平压强度环境而言,湿度的影响大于材料,对其余力学强度而言,材料的影响大于环境湿度。
The physical and mechanical properties of the material of sandwich construction with wood facings and a paper honeycomb core were studied comparing with the honeycomb paper. The influence of environmental humidity on the physical and mechanical properties of the material was analyzed. The results showed that after the veneer glued the honeycomb core and honeycomb paper, all mechanical properties are better than before except the intensity of flat crush. The influences of environmental humidity on the honeycomb paper and composite materials become bigger. As the environmental humidity increased, the strength of all materials is decreased. Regard of the environmental humidity and the materials, the influence of environmental humidity is bigger than material to strength of flat crushing. The influence of material is bigger than environmental humidity to other mechanical properties.
