目前中密度纤维板常常作为食品和礼品外包装材料,但中密度纤维板常常使用含有游离甲醛的脲醛树脂,从而对人体有一定的危害。采用不同摩尔比的脲醛树脂和不同甲醛释放量的中密度纤维板粉末按不同的质量比和面粉直接混合,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(VFIR)对混合后的样品与原样即面粉进行定量分析。结果表明:高摩尔比的脲醛树脂中由于未完全反应的甲醛更多,对面粉的影响性能更大。不同等级的中密度纤维板与面粉混合后,甲醛释放低的中密度纤维板,对面粉的性能影响就小。脲醛树脂要比纤维板对面粉性能的影响大。
At present Middle Density Fiberboard ( MDF) are applied on food outside package. The Ureaformaldehyde ( UF) which has free formaldehyde was often used in MDF, so it does harm to the human health. This study used the different molar ratio of UF and the different release quantity of formaldehyde of MDF powder which separately mixed with the flour according to the different quality. The mixed sample and the flour were studied through the FTIR. The result indicated that high molar ratio of UF which the formaldehyde not completely reacted has greater influence on the performance of flour. After the different rank MDF and the flour mixed, the MDF which releases lower formaldehyde has smaller influence on the performance of flour. The influence of UF to flour is bigger than the MDF.
