根据复合材料层合板理论设计出加入4种不同层数的毛竹片并且按不同铺层位置正交排列的竹木复合层合板,对各种层合板的最大荷载(Pmax)、弹性模量(MOE)、抗弯强度(MOR)和最大变形挠度(f)等进行了测试及分析。结果表明:在层合板的表层和底层加入竹片层可以大大提高层合板的最大荷载、弹性模量和抗弯强度等力学性能。同时采用主成分分析法确定了比强度的大小可以作为判断竹木复合层合板结构优劣的主要评价指标。
The relationship between wood-bamboo composite laminates' structure and the mechanics properties was studied. Based on the composite laminate's theories, eight kinds of structures of wood-bamboo composite laminates were designed. Eight kinds of laminates' the maximal load(Pmax), modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR) and maximal flexibility(f) were measured. The results showed that it could increase the composite laminates' the maximal load(Pmax), modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR). Based on the principal components method, specific strength in four mechanics criterions could be chosen as the composite laminates' judged criterion.
