构建指标体系计算我国31个省区的科技创新能力,结合重心模型计算出1996~2012年我国科技创新重心和经济重心坐标。输出重心点空间变化图,阐述我国科技创新重心的动态变化规律,通过与经济重心的比较,揭示科技创新重心移动与经济重心的关系。研究结果表明:我国科技创新重心落在河南省南部,不断向几何中心的东南方向偏移;科技创新重心不断贴近经济重心,区域科技创新与经济发展的协调性增强;科技资源禀赋、配置效率和创新环境的差异演变是推动我国科技创新重心移动的主要因素。
This paper constructs the index system to figure out the S&T innovation capability of Chinese 31 Crovinces, then works out S&T innovation gravity center and economic gravity center in the period of 1996 - 2012 by the gravity center mod- el. After exporting space variation pictures, it describes the dynamic variation rule of S&T innovation gravity center of Chi- na. Then, it points out the relationship between S&T innovation and economic development by the comparison with econom- ic gravity center. The results showes that, the S&T innovation gravity centers is situated in the southern area of Henan prov- ince, deviation from geometric center to the southeast and expanded increasingly. The S&T innovation gravity center is con- stantly close to the economic gravity center, explaining regional coordination of S&T innovation and economic development enhanced. Discusses the main motivation of China S&T innovation gravity center moves, S&T resource endowment, S&T re- source allocation efficiency, and S&T innovation environment are the main factors.
