为优化空中交通流的管控策略,研究了空中交通流分布特性。根据厦门1号扇区实测数据,确定了空中交通流的高峰时段,并计算其累积超容比。引进泰尔指数,作为评价空中交通流不均衡度的评价指标。采用多项式回归分析法建立了空中交通流累积超容比-泰尔指数(CT)模型,并进行显著性检验,构建了可接受空中交通流不均衡度(AATFID)模型。研究结果表明,该模型能较好反映空中交通流高峰分布态势,对空中交通管理策略具有重要指导意义。
To optimizing the air traffic flow control strategies, the distribution characteristics of air traffic flow are studied. Based on the measured data of Sector 1 in Xiamen, the peak period of the air traffic flow is determined, and the cumulative excess capacity ratio is calculated. The Theil index is introduced as an index to evaluate the air traffic flow imbalance degree. Based on the polynomial regression analysis method, the cumulative excess capacity ratio-Theil index (CT) model of air traffic flow is constructed and its significance is validated. Thus, an acceptable air traffic flow imbalance degree (AATFID) model is constructed. Results show that the model can reflect the peak period distribution of the air traffic flow well and has an important significance to the air traffic flow control strategies.
