According to the quickly increasing Chinese chemicals market and logistics market, the practical needs of chemicals supply chain and the leading enterprises are systematically analyzed, thus the overall chemicals supply chain designing for international chemical enterprise, in which value added services are the core business, is provided. In the end, from the practical points of view, by rational distributing supply chain logistics resources, through a unified control system, with multi objective performance evaluation index system, a safe, efficient, and win-win chemicals supply chain operating mechanism is established.
