liyongfian@nankai.edu.cn Juliang Zhang is currently a professor at School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from Acedemy of Mathematics and System Sciences, Chinese Acedemy of Science, China in 2001. His research interests include： logistics and supply chain management, optimization theory and applications, etc. He has published papers in many journals, including Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications, Applied Mathematics and Optimization, International Journal of Production Economics, Operations Research Letters, Computers ＆ Operations Research, etc. Yongjian Li is currently a professor at Business School of Nankai University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Control Theory ＆ Control Engineering from Nankai University, China in 2002. His research interests include： logistics and supply chain management, planning and scheduling, etc. He has published papers in many journals, including European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Annals of Operations Research, OR Spectrum, Computer ＆ Operations Research, etc. Minghui Lai is currently a Ph.D. student in Department of System Engineering and Engineering Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include supply chain management, scheduling, game theory applications, etc.
