选取叶轮系统为研究对象,通过ANSYS分析获得关键部件的模态中性文件(MNF);在ADAMS中建立叶轮多柔体分析模型,经过对叶轮模型风载荷的分析、简化、加载、动力学仿真分析等,获得各种更真实、更准确的柔体叶轮的动力学参数,为后续大型风力发电机组关键部件的设计、分析、优化提供可靠的载荷依据,从而探索了一种对大型风力发电机组进行多柔体动力学分析研究的新思路,进而设计出高性能的大型风力发电机组。
With impeller system as study object,the modal neutral file(MNF) of the critical components has been obtained through ANSYS analysis,and the flexible multi-body analysis model of impeller has been set up in ADAMS software,after analysis on wind load and its simplification,loading,as well as dynamic simulation analysis,the more actual and more accurate dynamic parameters of the flexible impeller have be obtained,this will provide the reliable load data for design,analyzing and optimizing on the critical components of large scale wind generator;it also put forward the new idea for flexible multi-body dynamic analysis on large scale wind generators in order to design large scale wind generator of high performance.
