以750kW的风力发电机的齿轮箱为例,通过三维绘图软件UG对其进行各零件建模并整体装配,在假定装配体拆卸为装配的逆过程的前提下,提出了虚拟装配的解决方案,应用虚拟现实制作软件EON,对齿轮箱拆卸顺序及各零件拆卸路径进行分析,获取了可行拆卸工艺,进而求逆得到可靠装配工艺,为装配分析提供了依据,最终实现了齿轮箱的虚拟装配。
Taking the gearbox of the 750 kW wind generator as the example, its various parts were drawn and assemblyed overally in the three-dimensional mapping software environment of UG, the solutions for virtual assembly were delivered under the assumption of the premise that disassembly was the inverse process for assembly. To achieve the virtual assembly of the gearbox finally, the disassembly orders of all the parts were analyzed, the feasible assembly process was obtained, which offered the assembly foundation from the inverse process by applying the virtual reality software EON.
