某750kw风力发电机投入运行以来,其增速齿轮箱的齿轮故障经常发生。针对750kW风力发电机齿轮箱的齿轮传动系统故障,运用新的齿轮参数配置方案,建立了虚拟样机;在ADAMS中进行了动力学分析,找出了系统中的薄弱齿轮,并对此薄弱齿轮进行了疲劳寿命分析,计算寿命满足使用要求,证明了该方案的可行性。
Since 750kW wind turbines are put into operation at wind plants in China, gearbox failures occur frequently. This article established the virtual prototype of a 750kW wind turbine's gear drive system based on new configuration parameters of gears. By the ADAMS dynamic analysis, it found the weakest gear in the system, and carried out the fatigue life analysis. The calculated fatigue life can meet the application requirement, so the parameter configuration is proved feasible.
