应用流固耦合方法对750kW水平轴风力发电机叶片在特定风场下进行数值模拟仿真。根据选定的K-ε湍流模型,并将风作为黏性不可压缩流体来处理,计算出流固耦合作用下叶片的应变分布情况。对结果进行分析,得出风力发电机叶片的受力分布形态和规律,为进一步的疲劳寿命、断裂分析和风机叶片的结构优化设计提供依据和参考。
Fluid-solid coupling method was used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of 750 kW horizontal axis wind-driven generator's blade in the particular wind field. Based on K-ε turbulence model and simplifying the wind as incompressible fluid, the stress and strain distributions of the blade were calculated in the fluid-solid dynamic coupling condition. Through analyzing the data, the laws of the stress and strain distributions were got.It provides reference for the further study on the failure and fatigue life, and for mechanical optimal design also.
