目的:观察芪白平肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠血清缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)表达的影响。方法:复制COPD痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型,给予芪白平肺胶囊、法舒地尔干预,ELISA检测模型大鼠HIF-1α、PDGF表达。结果:模型组PDGF、HIF-1α表达水平较正常组明显升高(P〈0.01);芪白平肺胶囊低剂量组PDGF、HIF-1α表达水平较正常组显著升高(P〈0.05);芪白平肺胶囊低、高剂量组PDGF、高剂量组HIF-1α表达水平较模型组明显降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);芪白平肺胶囊低剂量组PDGF表达水平较芪白平肺胶囊高剂量组显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:芪白平肺胶囊可降低COPD痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠血清PDGF、HIF-1α表达水平。
Objective: To observe the influence of Qibai Pingfei Capsule on hypoxia inducible factor-α (HIF-1α) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in serum of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung. Method: COPD rat model with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung was established and intervened with Qibai Pingfei Capsule and fasudil. The expression of PDGF and HIF-1α in serum of rat models was determined by using ELISA method. Methods: The expression of PDGF and HIF-1α of rats in model group and low dosage of Qibai Pingfei Capsule group was higher than that of control group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The expression of PDGF and HIF-1α of rats in low and high dosage of Qibai Pingfei Capsule group was lower than that of rats in model group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), and the expression of PDGF and HIF-1α of rats in low dosage of Qibai Pingfei Capsule group was lower than that of high dosage of Qibai Pingfei Capsule group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Qibai Pingfei Capsule could reduce the expression of PDGF and HIF-1α in serum of COPD rats with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung.
