目的探讨NKG2D和核因子—κB(NF—κB)在胃腺癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学的方法,检测南昌大学第一附属医院20例胃腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中NKG2D和NF—κB的蛋白表达情况,分析组织中表达率及表达强度与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果(1)NKG2D在胃腺癌及癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为55%和100%(P〈0.01);而NF—κB在胃腺癌及癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为95%和20%(P〈0.01)。(2)NKG2D在低分化、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的胃腺癌组织中显著降低,而NF-κB在低分化、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的胃腺癌中显著升高(P〈0.05)。(3)NKG2D和NF—κB的表达之间呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论胃腺癌组织中NKG2D表达下调而NF-κB表达上调,且二者的表达成负相关,NKG2D和NF—κB在胃癌发生发展中可能有重要作用。
[Objective] To detect the expression of NKG2D and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF—κB) in the tissue of gastric adenocareinoma and normal gastric beside carcinoma, and to research the relationship between it and the every clinical patho-parameter. [Methods ] Through the method of immunohistoehemistry to detect the expression of NKG2D and NF—κB in 20 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and normal tissue beside carcinoma in No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, and to analyse the relationship between the rate and intensity of its expression and clinical patho-parameter in tissue. [Results] The positive rate of NKG2D in gastric adenoearcinoma and normal tissue was 55%, 100% respectively (P 〈0.01), but the positive rate of NF—κB was 95% and 20% respectively (P 〈 0.01). The expression of NKG2D had significantly lower in the gastric adenocarcinoma with poorly/no differentiated, Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage and aversion of eonglobate gland (P 〈0.05), while the NF—κB was opposite (P 〈0.05). Moreover the expression of NKG2D was negative correlation with NF—κB in gastric adenocareinoma (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of NKG2D was higher, while NF—κB was lower in gastric adenocarcinoma. NKG2D and NF—κB may take an important role in the development and growth of gastric carcinomas.
