目的观察针刺对胃经及其两侧旁开的非经对照点的微循环血流灌注量的影响。方法应用激光多谱勒血流仪,检测8名健康成年志愿者胃经线上的阴市穴和梁丘穴深部组织的微循环血流灌注量,观察常态和电针足三里穴时2个穴位深部组织微循环灌注量的变化。结果①在常态下,胃经线上的阴市、梁丘2个穴位深部组织微循环血流灌注量均比其两侧旁开1cm的非经对照穴位高(P〈0.05);②电针足三里穴后,胃经线上的阴市、梁丘2个穴位深部组织微循环血流灌注量比针刺前高(P〈0.05)。结论电针可以增强胃经线上阴市、梁丘2个穴位深部组织的微循环血流灌注量。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on the microcirculation blood perfusion voluIne (MBPV) in the deep tissues of stomach meridian and its bilateral control points. Methods 8 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study. The MBPV in the deep tissues of Yinshi (ST33), Liangqiu (ST34) of stomach meridian and their bilateral nonmeridian points (1cm lateral to the above mentioned acupoints of stomach meridian on both sides) were measured by using a laser doppler flowmetry. After electro-acupuncture at Zusanli (ST36), the changes of MBPV in the deep tissues of ST33 and ST34 were observed. Results In normal situation, the MBPV in the deeper tissues of ST33, ST34 were significantly higher than that of its bilat eral corresponding control points respectively (P〈0.05). Comparing with the reading before electro-acupunctare, the MBPV went up during electro-acupuncture, and the change was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The MBPV in the deeper tissues along stomach meridian are higher than that of their bilateral corresponding control points, and electroacupuncture could induce the MBPV to be further increased.
