目的观察针刺心包经穴位对急性轻度缺氧健康志愿者心输出量的影响。方法在吸入低氧混合气体条件下,电针心包经定位,用多道生理信号采集系统记录心输出量(C0)、搏出量(SV)、心率(HR)3项指标在针刺前后的变化。结果电针内关定能显著降低CO和SV,电针郄门能明显降低CO。结论电针内关、郄门能降低健康志愿者急性轻度缺氧所致的CO、SV升高,表明针刺心包经穴位对调整缺氧状态下的心功能有一定的特异性。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncturing points of pericardium meridian on cardiac output of volunteers with acute mild hypoxia. Methods Under the condition of inhaling low-oxygen gas mixture, cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV) and heart rate (HR) were measured with muhiehannel physiology collection system during electroacupuncture stimulation of Neiguan (PC 6) and Ximen (PC 4). Results The levels of CO and SV were significantly decreased during acupuncture at PC 6, and the level of CO was significantly decreased during acupuncture at PC 4. Conclusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of PC 6 and PC 4 can decrease the levels increase of CO and SV induced by acute mild hypoxia, which implies that there is a certain specific relation between acupuncturing points of pericardium meridian and heart function under hypoxia condiction.
