目的观察常态及针刺时督脉线下深部组织氧分压与温度的变化,探讨督脉线下相关组织的能量代谢特点。方法沿督脉循行线上取身柱、至阳、中枢、命门、第四胸椎棘突下、第十二胸椎棘突下6个测试点,在各测试点左右1.5~2cm处各取1个非经对照点,分为督脉组、左对照点组、右对照点组,连续同步记录氧分压与温度60min,观察其在电针前、电针腰阳关穴时、电针后的变化。结果在正常情况下沿督脉循行线上测试点深部组织氧分压与温度显著高于左右两侧非经对照部位,督脉线上测试点氧分压电针腰阳关穴时显著降低(P〈0.05),电针后有非常显著降低(P〈0.01),温度变化无统计学意义;两侧非经对照点无显著的变化。结论正常生理状态下督脉循行线下深部组织中的氧分压及温度都比其两侧非经对照部位高,电针可以使沿经组织的氧利用率提高,能量代谢增强.并加速沿经能量及信息传导。
Objective To observe the changes of partial oxygen pressure (PO2) and temperature of deep tissues along the Governor Vessel in normal state and during acupuncture, so as to probe the characteristics of energy metabolism in the deep tissues along the meridian track. Methods 28 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the present study. 6 test points, including Shenzhu (DU 12), Zhiyang (DU 9), Zhongshu (DU 7), Mingmen (DU 4), below the 4th and the 12th vertebrae, of the Governor Vessel and their bilateral corresponding control points were selected and divided into Governor Vessel group, left control points group and right control points group. The PO2 values and temperature in deep tissues of these points were recorded simultaneously for 60 minutes and the changes were observed before, during and after electroacupuncture stimulation of Yaoyangguan (DU 3). Results In normal state, the PO2 values and temperature in deep tissues of points of Governor Vessel were significantly higher than those of the left and the right control points respectively, the PO2 values in Governor Vessel decreased significantly during acupuncture at DU 3 (P〈0.05), and the difference was highly significant after acupuncture (P〈0.01). Conclusion The PO2 and temperature in the deep tissues along the Governor Vessel are significantly higher than those of its bilateral control points in normal state. With electroaeupuneture stimulation, oxygen consumption in tissues along meridian is increased, energy metabolism is enhanced and heat conduction is accelerated, which imply that meridian could be a certain channel related to transforming and transmitting of material, energy and information.
