This article constructed food cold chain logistics management system framework that adapted to Chinese conditions based on the analysis of the development of our country food cold chain logistics. It afforded some basic ideas to pushing forward Chinese food cold chain logistics management system operation as well as provided reference for the development of the food cold chain logistics industry and making of government departments related policies.
