Now we are in the stage of accelerating urbanization wich will inevitably occupy a vast amount of land. And we are also facing the issue of how to push forward our urbanization with limited land resources. The author suggests that we should take the following measures： working out scientific and reasonable general land-exploitation blueprint; improving the index standard of constructed land and enforcing the management of constructed land index; establishing and perfecting the interest-binding mechanism of intensive use of land; speeding up the process of land-replacement and cherishing and rationally exploiting each inch of land. So we should handle the relations between present growth and sustainable develepment, make use of land, and advance the process of urbanizaton.
