为了帮助学生理解细胞培养的基础知识,掌握细胞培养的相关实验技能,对如何在本科生的基础必修课中开设动物细胞培养实验进行了一系列的探索和改革,安排了原代培养、传代培养、细胞生长活力测定、药物对细胞生长的影响等实验内容,教学方法上更加注重激发学生的学习兴趣,夯实学生的基本实验技能,培养学生的创新能力。通过改革使学生不仅学习了细胞培养技术的相关理论与操作技术,而且锻炼了科研意识与科学思维,使学生综合分析与研究问题的能力得到锻炼与提高,取得了良好的教学效果。

英文摘要:

Cell euhivatinn is an important approach in the process of life science research. It is widely used in Genetic Engineering, Cell Engineering, Stem Cell Research and other fiehts of life science. Undergraduate students majoring in life science should systematically master the basic principles and methods of cell cultivation. To help the students understanding the basic knowledge and mastering the technique of cell euhivation, we initiated into the curriculum for undergraduates the course of Animal Cell Cultivation Experiment as a compulsory course. This course includes primary culture ; suhcuhure ; determination of cell viability ; infeetinn of drugs on the growth of cell etc. On the teaching method, we pay more attention to arouse the students' interest of learning, tamp their basic experimental skills, and cultivate the innovation ahility for them. It is intended to help them mastering the theory and practice of cell cuhivation. So far the result of the introduction of the new course has been satisfactory: It has worked well in improving the students' research ability and helping them to develop scientific ways of thinking. Their capability of analyzing and solving problems seems to have been somewhat enhanced. This will, no doubt, upgrade their comprehensive quality. In all, the reform has achieved good effect.
