从新疆火焰山土壤中分离并鉴定了2株耐高温细菌NKR、NKS和一株耐高温放线菌NKM.其最适生长温度均为45℃,且NKS和NKM还具有较强的淀粉水解酶活性.通过Biolog系统的鉴定,结合基本形态鉴定和生理生化性质的测定,确定NKR为蕈状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mycoides),NKS为多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacil-lus polymyxa);又克隆NKM的16 S rRNA,在GenBank进行序列比对,构建发育树,结合生理生化特征,确定NKM为链霉菌属,命名为Streptomyces sp.NKM.
In this research,two strains of Thermophlic bacteria named NKR,NKS and one strain of Thermophlic Actinomyces named NKM were isolated and identified from the soil of the Flaming Mountain in Xinjiang.Their optimum growth temperatures were 45 ℃ and both NKS and NKM had strong capacities of starch hydrolysis.Based on their morphological and physiological properties,together with the results of Biolog Microorganism Identification,NKR was identified as Bacillus mycoides,NKS Paenibacillus polymyxa.For NKM,its 16S rDNA sequences were cloned and aligned with data from Genebank to build the phylogenetic tree.According to its physiological and biochemical information,NKM belonged to genus Streptomyces.Therefore,it was named Streptomyces sp.NKM.
