探讨中心动脉与肱动脉舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、脉压(PP)、心内膜下心肌活力率(SEVR)、波形参数(fc)、每搏输出量(SV)、心排量(CO)、外周阻力(RS)等参数的相关性.通过对40例临床需要进行冠状动脉造影患者的有创中心动脉参数与肱动脉参数进行相关分析,将直接测得的中心动脉参数分别与通过回归方程、建立模型估算的中心动脉参数进行配对f检验和Bland-Altman图示.结果表明:除值外的所有中心动脉与肱动脉参数均相关;两种估算方法DBP,SEVR-致性相当,其回归方程用r=a+to表示;08?48?^?4丑乂尺4乂,匚0也可通过回归方程估算,但准确性比传递函数差.
This study mainly analyzed the correlation of the parameters such as diastolic blood pressure (DBP),systolic blood pressure (SBP),pulse pressure (PP),subendocardial viability ratio ( SEVR ),waveform parameter (fc ),stroke volume ( SV ),cardiac output ( CO) and peripheral resistance ( Rs) of aortic pulse wave and brachial pulse wave invasively measured. Correlation analysis was performed on invasive central aortic parameters and brachial artery parameters of 40 patients who needed coronary arteriography. With the paired f-test and Bland- Altman method,these parameters extracted from the central pulse wave invasively measured were compared with the parameters of central aortic pulse wave caculated by a regression equation and a model. Results and conclusion: in addition to the fc value,the above parameters of the central pulse wave and the brachial pulse wave invasively measured had positive correlation; DBP and SEVR had the same consistency in the two estimation methods,and the regression equations of the two parameters were expressed by Yf = a + bx. The DBP,SBP,PP,SEVR,SV,CO also can be calculated by the regression equation, but its accuracy is worse than that of the transfer function model.
